The $100 gas rebate the Senate is trying to pass also has that pesky Arctic National Wildlife Refuge oil drilling proposal attached to it. It's amusing how many bills they keep trying to staple it to. Well, at least now if it gets voted down we will be sure to hear "Senator So-and-So voted AGAINST the GAS REBATE that would benefit MILLIONS of WORKING CLASS AMERICANS!!!" in the next election.
I can't wait.

yeah, no sh*!. no one cares about the environment, but they want $100 bucks. what on earth?! i mean, that will get you 3 tanks of gas, depending on where you live. it's $3.35 here.
