Yay Me

Well, here goes the first entry. I still haven't quite figured out exactly how I'm going to separate this weblog from the "newbie" one, but I'll worry about that later. Hopefully this site will not languish for two years like the previous one with heinously outdated information! My big news for today is that I got my final grade report from Columbia in the mail, complete with 3.687 cumulative grade point average. As I said above, Yay Me! I actually should have done better overall if I hadn't slacked in a few of my general studies classes, but I can't really change that now. The important thing is that I reached the magic number of 124 credit hours (and not a single credit more or less, I might add!) I'm hoping to get my actual degree in the mail any time now. I still feel like I won't completely believe it is true until I see it in writing. Well, that's all for now. I've got a lot of designing to do with this site before I get it just right.
