Things To Be Grateful For When a Plumbing Accident Floods Your Kitchen with Ice Cold Water in February
1. At least nothing valuable was destroyed (i.e. computer equipment, rugs or photos).
2. At least we didn't have our new cabinets installed yet.
3. At least it wasn't poo.
