Bring On The Lawsuits!
Just got back from voting. Ava is happily wearing "I voted!" stickers on her little hands. (I can see it now- "They're letting TWO-YEAR-OLDS vote in Wisconsin! VOTER FRAUD!")
Now I will distract myself until this evening as I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Tim Russert and his ubiquitous dry erase board.

Well, I guess you could say that I am cautiously happy. The result is what I had hoped for (and yes, did a little dance for) but I'm still not a big enough fan of the Democrats as a whole to think everything will be fixed. Time will tell, I guess... I'm anxious for everyone to get to work now.
I hope to be doing a bigger victory dance down the road when we start to see some real changes! Subpoenas anyone?

Did you see Stephen Colbert's most humorous monologue ever last night?
“Tomorrow, you’re all going to wake up in a brave new world, where the constitution gets trampled by an army of terrorist clones created in a stem-cell research lab run by homosexual doctors who sterilize their instruments over burning American flags, where tax-and-spend Democrats take all your hard-earned money and use it to buy electric cars for National Public Radio and teach evolution to illegal immigrants. And everybody’s high!
